Tapperstar yowled out to the cats of Nightclan to gather once he was upon the Tree-stump, his collecting blue gaze shifting around the clearing as his clan-mates soon came into sight.
“As you all very well know, the season of New-leaf is finally upon us, with it bringing us the bountiful pleasure of prey. I know very well that you all are exhilarated for this season after such a harsh Leaf-bare . . . so as a heart-warming treat, I will be announcing a few new surprises,” He wagered, a small smirk appearing upon his striped maw.
“For the first New-leaf under my leadership, I will be announcing a competition, one in which all can participate in.” He purred, his chest slightly puffed out. “What this competitive rivalry will be about, is you . . . or a friend . . . finding something rather . . . well different, if I must state it in words. All you must simply do is either write about this new discovery of yours, or draw it. The competition will be split in to two parts, one for the drawing portion, and the other for the writing section. Let’s all keep it clean though, shall we?”

OK, i know i haven't ben the most active leaders but we really need to get our butts moving! I know this isn't a good reason for a journal but i believe i'm the grassclan leader. So.
